The meticulously maintained, custom-built home combines elements of a modern mansion with a relaxed beach house, featuring surround-sound, high ceilings, white oak floors, and New England cottage decor. Enter on the main level, where a light-filled great room welcomes you to relax on a full-length sofa or one of three elegant accent chairs. French doors open onto a spacious deck overlooking a tranquil marsh, where you’ll find a charming cafe table, and a cozy bench. Just off the great room, a separate sunroom features a wrap-around sofa and wet bar for a glass of wine after dinner.

An upgraded kitchen boasts additional wine storage, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry, with seating for up to eight guests between a four-seat breakfast table and four high-top chairs at the counter. A formal dining room adds seating for six, allowing the home to comfortably host large family dinners. The main floor also features a spacious laundry room and a custom coffee bar to fuel days of adventure on the island — or mornings of quiet contemplation on the veranda. There is also a half bath located on this level.

Please be advised that all guests are required to have a car pass in order to access the island. Harbor Island requires all guests to have a car pass to access the island. Car passes must be ordered through Natural Retreats in advance of your stay. This home accommodates up to 3 vehicles max.
