No parties or events are allowed, but bachelorette parties are welcome as long as all rules are followed. We have a strict no-open flame and no smoking policy, including candles. No pets are allowed. Any violation of these rules will result in a fine. A security deposit hold will be required and placed on your credit card after booking, along with a signed rental agreement.
