The Space:
Built in 2019, the main floor opens through a foyer with twenty-foot ceilings into an open great room with ten-foot ceilings, exposed wood beams, and a wall of windows facing the Long Island Sound. The chef's kitchen has Thermador appliances including gas range, double ovens, and refrigerator, with a large quartz island seating four, a pantry, and full cookware. The dining area seats six under industrial pendants. A separate living room has custom built-ins and a beamed ceiling. A dedicated home office overlooks the front yard with built-ins, window seat, dual monitors, wireless keyboard, printer, and a TV. A full bath rounds out the main floor.
Upstairs, the primary suite has a king bed, walk-in closet, TV, and an en-suite marble bath with double vanity, glass shower, and jacuzzi tub overlooking the Sound. Sliding doors open to a private balcony with water views. The Sunrise Room has a vaulted beamed ceiling, queen bed, TV, and an arched Palladian window.
