Positive: The flat is well located..but..

Negative: The system to get inside the house is incredibly stupid. You have to call a phone number every time you want to enter the house. So if you come home late at night and have no battery on your phone, you can't enter the apartment. Incredibly idiotic system, sorry! Also the heater did not work in one of the rooms and it was extremely cold at night.

Summary: Mediocre place. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
