Located on Vineyard Park close to both swimming pools, Independence features a wraparound porch with chairs and padded couches, and a secluded patio with outdoor dining and lounging. The home features a private hot tub with Bluetooth sound, dual hotel-grade gas heaters on the deck, a Traeger® Pro Series grill, Adirondack chairs, and a private gas fire-pit for roasting s’mores or keeping warm.
Inside you’ll find a well-stocked kitchen with Keurig and Nespresso machines, GE Profile appliances, and an industrial-grade ice maker to keep your coolers and boat stocked throughout your stay. For holidays and special events, baking essentials, roasting pans, steak & chefs’ knives are ready to meet your needs.
The modern kitchen features an expandable dining table which seats eight, and there is seating for three more at the bar. The living room features a gas fireplace and a 55” smart TV. Plenty of room to relax on the L-shaped couch, wingback chairs, and cushioned window seats which all boast views of Vineyard Park.
The 1st floor master bedroom overlooks Vineyard Park, has a 5-piece en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and dual shower-heads. The king size memory foam mattress and hypoallergenic pillows make for a comfortable night’s sleep.
