The children can play on the lawn while the adults enjoy the cool shade of the garden. There is a beautiful panoramic view over the countryside with Siena in the background, which is particularly spectacular at sunset. The property is not isolated since it is close to other houses, including Montechiaro Capanna and Montechiaro Torre situated within a radius of 100 metres, each with its own private swimming pool and garden, together providing accommodation for a total of 28 guests. This is perfect for very numerous parties of friends, allowing them to share their holiday while offering each group its privacy. There is a huge range of possible excursions, including the city of Siena and the many delightful little towns of Chianti.
