Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: - great location, all tourist attractions are within the walking distance (just across the river) - available although VERY limited parking space under the roof - outside ZTL zone - friendly staff - water and tea/coffee station available until 5PM - good breakfast with a possibility to eat outside on the terrace - even though it's an old building, the elevator is available

Negative: - photos on Booking do not reflect the real conditions, the furniture is fatigued and rooms need renovation - the room was not clean - it is outside the ZTL zone, but you need to watch out carefully not to enter the zone when driving from the highway - be aware that you need to reserve a parking space ahead, as the number of parking spots is very limited - car keys must be left at the reception desk all the time, otherwise you won't be allowed to use the parking - old central air conditioning, very inefficient
