Summary: Front desk person when I checked out on 11/29/25 wasn’t kind. He was rude when I told him we left the pool towels in our room - we weren’t quite sure what to do with them. He just looked at me and shook his head like I was a disappointment. Other person was nice when we checked in on 11/27.
