Positive: The location is wonderful and the house is very comfortable. Beautiful but not intimidating decor. We loved the bunk room for kids. It was a perfect place for toys. The seaside deck was also SO perfect. The laundry room with the counters made a big difference in keeping things organized. Well appointed kitchen. I want to go back!!

Negative: The only thing we might say is that the beach access, while close, was a bit hard to navigate with a wagon and little kids. For adults, not so bad but not real easy either. We did it but also thought twice about returning to the house and coming back to the beach unless really warranted.

Summary: Incredible vacation stay!
