This large home includes a comfortable living room with a TV and a gorgeous piano for a private/family recital. The dining room features a large table and breakfast bar seating. The bonus room/office in the basement is the perfect space to work remote or relax on the couch for a movie. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms, one is a kid's room outfitted with toys sure to keep the kiddo entertained. Laundry facilities are included. The yard is spacious and fenced.
Guests have access to the entire home, minus a locked storage room. Access also includes the garage and yard.

8 - Spring through Fall is sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly.
9 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $30 processing fee.
10 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
11 - Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.
