"The Hilltop Escape" is a gated view home with walls of glass exposing awe inspiring views of the Santa Barbara Mountain range. Gaze over horse farms and vineyards while enjoying some of the best food and wine of the Santa Ynez Valley. Tucked away in a private enclave off of Ballard Canyon which is an AVA. This American Viticulture Area produces wines that receive numerous awards and accolades. This spacious property has been beautifully and recently updated with modern finishes to complement the original architect's design. This is a wonderful opportunity to take in the great outdoors and entertain year-round. Formal living room, family room and office/den are accompanied by 4 large bedrooms. The primary suite has a king size bed as does the suite on the second floor. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and one also has twin bunk beds. The pool/spa can be viewed from an expansive deck with a firepit, BBQ and table with seating for 12. Other amenities include home gym, outdoor view lounge with party lights, side by side swings and a Petanque court. Positioned between two oak studded canyons you'll have loads of privacy with visits from deer, raccoons and other local wildlife. Driving up the country roads past stables and vineyards you'll be transported to a luxurious life experience.

Heating the pool:
Because the pool is on propane its about $200 a day and it takes 1-2 days to heat up depending on the weather. We would need a $1000 deposit for heating and after the propane tank is read and the usage is calculated, we will refund any money above the real cost. If you decide to heat the pool, we will need at least a week to arrange things.
The spa is heated at no cost to you.
