Private backyard with pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, outdoor dining, BBQ and cozy sitting area with fire pit. Close to grocery, clothing, sporting goods shopping, banking and several fine dinning experiences. Close proximity to the airport and greater Palm Springs. Tourist OccupancyTax 11.5 % included in daily price. City ID # 1522 in accordance with PSMC 5.25.040 (f). ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Quite Hours 10:00 PM- 10:00 AM; Amplification of music outside the dwelling is a violation of the Palm Springs Municipal Code. Care must be taken to avoid loud noises or other conduct likely to disturb the neighborhood. If a complaint is received from a neighbor that any occupant is violating these provisions they may be cited or fined by the city and/or immediately evicted by the owner pursuant to state law, in addition to any other remedies available at law. - Primary Lessee must be 25 years or older; Three night minimum booking. - No smoking or vaping inside the house. No illicit or illegal drugs on premises at anytime. - The primary tenant must provide a copy of government issued ID on arrival based on Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance. Additional guests may be accommodated please contact owner for approval. All tenants and guests must sign tenant and guest registry on arrival. Additional fees may apply. - Two small (less than 35 lbs) hyperalerginic dogs may be allowed upon approval from owner. There will be a $175.00 non refundable pet fee. - Please park in driveway or directly in front of the house; do not block Mail Boxes, garage not available. Do not park in front of other neighbors' homes or block their driveways. -You break it, you by it; you damage it, you repair it. Owner is always available for guests to meet and greet at the beginning of stay and available for questions regarding the home and surrounding PS area including restaurants and tourist attractions via email and phone, 24 hours. Owner is permanant PS resident.
