This renovated 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom beach cottage is only two and one half blocks from the beach and is ideally located on a quiet street between Dewey and Rehoboth beaches. Enjoy the kitchen and it's granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and large table that comfortably seats six. The family room has an chaise sofa, 50 inch plasma tv, and sliding glass doors which open to the brick patio. The backyard is fenced-in and a perfect place to relax, BBQ, and watch the kids play. No need for parking permits, the driveway easily accomodates four cars. One block from the house is Fifer's Market, a great place to pick-up coffee, sandwiches, the newspaper, and fruits and vegetables.
Rehoboth Avenue which is filled with fine dining, family restaurants, Funland, and plenty of shopping is a short car, bike, or Jolly Trolley ride away. The Dewey Beach nightlife, it's an easy walk to the Starboard, Bottle and Cork, and Rusty Rudder.
