Hike into the backside of Nehalem Bay State Park from our neighborhood. Keep your eyes open for elk and many types of birds. Manzanita boasts a summer farmers market, visit the wine or whiskey bars and Manzanita Sweets! Go South on Hwy 101 for a bit of beachy shopping in Nehalem itself. Check out Wanda's Cafe & Bakery and visit Riverside Fish & Chips for THE BEST fish & chips and fish tacos on the coast. At the public dock in Nehalem; you can drop your kayak or paddle board here or just a block from our house right into the bay! We are a wheelchair accessible home and have a ramp with railing at the front door; a twin medical bed, an accessible bathroom and you can request a stool or shower chair for your stay.
