Positive: This apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Milan. It is about a 15-minute walk to the congress venue MiCo, and the metro station to get to the city is just around the corner (direct line to Duomo). The beds are comfortable, the open kitchen is well-equipped (Nespresso machine, microwave, water cooker, large fridge, oven, etc.), two AC units, two bedrooms separated by a sliding door, a well-sized living with sofa, dining table, and a large screen TV. Good lighting. Balcony. There is a (small) elevator, but the flat is easily accessible via stairs (1st floor). The restaurant just downstairs is good. The windows have electrical shutters.

Negative: We could get only 1 set of keys, which is impractical when attending a congress with 3 persons and different schedules. The shower cabin is very small and a bit shabby, the sliding door keeps getting unhinged and leaks. There is no holder for soap/shampoo. Since everything else is so nice, upgrading the shower would make the place perfect. The handle of the bathroom door needs to be fixed, we notified the key handler. The visitors to the café downstairs can get noisy, including on weekdays, making sleeping with open windows problematic.

Summary: Very convenient and comfortable apartment, perfect for a congress at MiCo
