Sitting just ten miles west of downtown Portland in the heart of Beaverton, you have easy access to the entire region.
One of the first things you notice will be the bright open floor plan with tons of amenities. There are a number of games, including ping pong for the entire group to enjoy. You will find a BBQ in the backyard and multiple large LED 4K TV's available for streaming and gaming. A main level bedroom and full bath is perfect for a situation where some may find stairs a challenge. One of the back bedrooms has a twin along with a full bunk bed as well as a 4K LED TV connected to a gaming system for any who may wish to partake.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors.
