While you may see and hear passing cars from parts of the property, the home sits on 16 private acres that offer plenty of space for privacy and a peaceful retreat. The surrounding area is a quiet, rural community with large lots and local families. We are committed to being respectful neighbors and ask that our guests observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am and enjoy the property responsibly. Also, please note that in Central Oregon in the winter, we often have snowy road conditions. To make things simple, we stick to our stated cancellation policy. Please keep his in mind when booking in the Winter months. We also have a similar policy for smoke in the Summer. There`s a chance due to wildfires that there are smokey air conditions during your stay. If evacuations were to take place (extremely rare around here!), then a refund would be given, but other than that, we will stick to the stated cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding!
