From the moment that you step through the front door, you will feel relaxed and at home in this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse in the heart of the Village at Bear Trap Dunes. Enjoy a screened-in porch and an open-air deck and it is just a short drive to the beach! On the first floor, you will find a large master bedroom with king size bed, flat-screen TV, and a full, private bathroom. The floor plan is open and airy, featuring a living room with plenty of comfortable seating, flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace. The dining area has a large table that seats six. Lots of windows and two sets of glass doors. One of which opens to a furnished screened porch, the other with an open deck making it a great place to relax and grill out while enjoying the tranquil view of greenery and the golf course. The second floor offers two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and the other with one queen and one twin bed. The rooms share a Jack and Jill bath, the layout creates privacy and convenience for sharing the space.
