Description:
This This 3,175 sq foot, five-bedroom, two-level house will make you feel right at home away from home with Classic Hardwood floors in the dining and kitchen and foot-loving carpet in the rest of the rooms. An open deck out back with a natural high-desert view has a gas BBQ and outside seating in the summer for your enjoyment. The living room has a Smart TV with Surround Sound, gas fireplace, and a large selection of DVDs, CDs, and some games. The massive Primary bedroom with En Suite is downstairs along with two other bedrooms joined Jack and Jill style, and two more Jack and Jill connected bedrooms are upstairs. The home added a Hot Tub in July 2022.
Downstairs:
Walk in straight to the open concept Living, Dining and Kitchen. The downstairs has A/C for those warm Central Oregon Summers.
Living: The Living area houses a couch and loveseat, a river-rock faced gas fireplace, Smart TV with Surround Sound and sliding door access to the deck.
Dining: The Dining area seats 8 at the table. Four more guests can be seated up at the kitchen bar.
Kitchen: The Kitchen has the long wrap around breakfast bar with seating for four. All the appliances you need to make sure everyone is well fed are at your service.
Half-Bath: Just past the kitchen is a half bath.
Laundry: Past the half bath is the Laundry room complete with sink and plenty of counterspace.
Bedrooms: To the right of the entry is a hallway. The first right is a bedroom with a Pyramid Bunk bed and a Twin Sleeper sofa. This bedroom has a 60" Smart TV. The bedroom is attached to a Jack and Jill bath with a double vanity. The Shower/tub combo and toilet are tucked behind a pocket door.
The next bedroom downstairs has a Queen Bed with custom headboard. The camping and outdoor theme lends itself to the High Desert of Sunriver.
The Last bedroom downstairs is the Massive Primary Bedroom which houses a King bed, large Smart TV, Office desk area, couch, access to a semi-private patio and a large En Suite. The tiled En Suite has a double vanity, garden tub, and no-step roll-in entry shower.
Upstairs:
Upstairs has a small landing and on the left you can see down to the living room. To the right is a short hallway with a bedroom on the right, and one on the left. The bedroom to the right and a Full-Sized Log Bed and a Cowboy theme with a 60" Smart TV. The bedroom is attached to a Jack and Jill bath much like downstairs. The double vanity creates a hallway and the Shower\Tub and toilet are tucked away with a pocket door.
The second bedroom upstairs has a Full-sized Day bed with Trundle and a bunk bed and also a 60" Smart TV.
Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 12 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC waterpark, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill
