The pond is not suitable for young children. It is deep, please bring life jackets and supervise the pond at all times. We are not liable for accidents, nor do we provide life jackets. Please keep outdoor gates closed at all times. There is an entry to the pond area off the master bedroom, please keep this locked if children are present.
Absolutely no outdoor fires due to extreme fire danger in Clackamas County in August & September.
No parties or events. Please note there are security cameras in use outside of the house.
