Whether you are walking to the high school a few blocks away, any of the fantastic wine tasting or restaurant options, or relaxing in the oversized fenced backyard, this home should be an incredible fit for your needs.
The single level home makes it a great option for anyone where stairs are a challenge. The open floor plan integrates the living, kitchen and dining areas. Every bit of the furnishing and décor is brand new and was curated to create the perfect blend of style and comfort.
The primary bed room has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The additional two bedrooms have queen beds which share the second full bathroom. You will notice there is tons of natural light throughout the home making it a special place any time of the year.
Another great feature is the enormous fenced backyard which is amazing for kiddos and pets that stay. There is ample seating and a small fire table to enjoy anytime the weather cooperates.
We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

UTILITIES: Owner will take care of utilities and services as follows up to $500 per month. Any overages must be paid by the tenant: Water, Sewer, Garbage, Electric, Landscaping, Internet.
