Summer days can easily be spent outside with a private, saltwater pool, combination tennis, basketball, and pickleball court, and two kayaks (with plenty of life vests) just waiting to be launched from the private dock. From beautiful sunrises to sunsets, you will definitely have your own place to chill out and enjoy some fresh air.
Any downtime spent indoors will also be a treat with the spacious two-story layout boasting five bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on the main floor, all of which offer views of the lake. When it comes to entertaining, the ground floor features a wonderful sunroom with ample seating and a flatscreen TV equipped with a streaming service offering over 1,500 free movies. Adjacent to the sunroom is the open layout of the main living room and full kitchen that will be just the place to whip up a tasty meal and enjoy each other's company. Don't worry about needing to catch up on email while away either because the office is more than ready to assist in remote work!
And during your stay, be sure to carve out a little time to visit some of the local wineries, breweries, and cider houses, many of which are within five miles of this home.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.
Dock details: Private dock is approximately 100ft from the back patio of the home. One slip available for guest use. Other slip has jet ski lift that can hold 2 jet skis. Guests can swim off the dock.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
