Welcome to New Smyrna Beach, Florida
Centrally located on the East Coast of Florida.
We are enclosed by two national parks on the island and have 13 miles of beautiful white sandy beaches to enjoy. The national park offers an additional 24 miles of beach with no homes or buildings the way Florida used to be.
Enjoy the salt river on one side with Manatees, Dolphins,Tropical birds and great fishing, kayaking, boating, paddle boarding and the ocean and beach on the other side of the peninsular.
We have a drive and no drive beach and the location is great for short day trips under an hour to all the theme parks in Orlando, Rocket Launches in Titusville that you can also view from our beaches to. We have great restaurants in every price range and multicultural.
The quaint streets have colorful painted unique shops from ice creme to art galleries on historical Flagler Avenue with special events.
Canal St. has a great old-fashioned drugstore and soda fountain. Enjoy sharing the soda fountain experiences you cherished as kids. Old school candy at the front register, like going back in time.
A nice farmer's market, plenty of little antique shops, and other unique shops and restaurants.
Visit other cities close by Daytona 15 mins away, St.Augustine 45 mins, Orlando 45, and if you're looking to gamble
Tampa is a 2 &1/2 hour drive away.
The house is located in Sugarmill Country Club is a full-service country club offering a challenging, yet playable 27-hole championship golf course.
There are 5 golf courses within 20 minutes . There is a heated pool in the late fall and winter and the house has 2 bikes, and a new propane grill .
The living room has a wide open view to the 7th hole and water very pretty,, vaulted ceilings , a wet bar, open concept to dining area, eat in full kitchen, 2 bedrooms the master offer a king bed with ensuite bathroom
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the full bath in the hallway.
An extra room with a desk in case you need to work. A large garage and a screen in patio area.
The closet airports are Daytona Beach 15 minutes away, Orlando International 45 minutes away and Sanford Orlando Airport has charter flights from many airports 40 mins away.
