MAIN HOUSE: THIRD FLOOR

Entry to the residence is on this level and here you’ll find the main home’s 3 bedrooms. The primary suite is a masterpiece of design simplicity while at the same time rich with lavish features. Floor to ceiling windows offer breathtaking ocean views from the king bed, while a cozy nook with gas Malm fireplace and TV provides a serene space to get away from the group. There is a private balcony overlooking the ocean, a custom walk-in closet, and the luxurious ensuite bathroom has a free-standing tub, glass walk-in shower and more of those delicious ocean views compliments of the room’s massive windows.
The other 2 bedrooms are both queens with fabulous ocean views, Smart TVs, and a Jack-and-Jill bath in between. All bathrooms in the home have the invaluable luxury of instant-on hot water, too! In addition to the home’s amazing features, the property is steps from the beach & Devil’s Kitchen vista point, and just a short drive away is Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, one of the top courses in the U.S. and possibly even on the planet. The area’s temperate climate allows for year-round fishing, cycling, hiking, golf, and beach walks. Must see highlights include the Coquille River Lighthouse, Face Rock State Scenic Viewpoint, one of the local cranberry fields (as Bandon is the Cranberry Capital of Oregon), and the 18th Green at Bandon Dunes near sunset if you’re lucky enough!
