This home has been renovated to modern standards. We've tried to keep some of the original 1916 character. This is our family coastal retreat. It's comfy but not a beach front resort. Come enjoy the Oregon Coast.

Netart's Bay - 7 miles - Pacific City 25 miles - Rockaway Beach 15 miles
This is an 105 year old home and has many dents & dings. It's pretty durable but has also had major renovation completed in 2021. Please accept our apology if there is still some construction dust settling. We complete a thorough dusting before every guest but its never ending. The staircase is steep. There are stairs to get into the house. There are sheer curtains in the living room & at the dining table. There are not any curtains on the windows next to the front door or at the kitchen sink. There are not black-out curtains in every bedroom. Please consider all of this prior to making your reservation.
Thermostat will be set at 58 upon arrival, simply arrow up or down on right side of digital thermostat to your comfort level. PLEASE be sure to set it at 58 when you leave.
There is a window AC unit at the top of the stairs. Feel free to use it during your stay.
There is a portable AC unit in the garage that can be brought into the house and used to cool the lower level if needed as well. It must be vented through the dining room window. Tillamook usually doesn't get hot enough during the summer to need these units running full time.
Hot water usually last for 3 average 10 min show or 1 long 20-30 min shower.
8 towels, 4 hand towels & 8 wash clothes are stocked for every reservation.
Bulk shampoo, conditioner & body wash is also provided. Hair dryer & curling iron are in bathroom vanity for your use.
You are welcome to use any supplies (food/toiletries/cleaner/etc) that are in the open cabinets and refrig/freezer. Please be respectful and leave what is not yours. Minimal owner personal property will be at the house. This is our family vacation/beach house as well.
This is a completely NON- SMOKING/VAPING of any kind inside house or garage. If you choose to smoke anything please do so outside & DO NOT leave evidence of it.
There will be a $250 fee charged if there is evidence of smoking/vaping in the dwelling (smell or debris)
Your fury BFF's are welcome BUT they are not allowed on the white furniture or on the beds. Please be sure to pick up all piles of poo as part of your check out duties. Cleaners will charge me $5 per pile & I will then charge you.
BBQ grills & Boiling Pot is available at the property. All guest must BBQ & Boil Crab outside. Please DO NOT BBQ or Boil in the house or garage. Grills must be cleaned by guest. Cleaning crew will charge you and extra $35 per grill to clean for the next guest.
