This condo is perfectly located, central to all the main attractions and major hospitals in Fort Myers. The condominium community is largely owner occupied, and the community is very kind, considerate, and overall safe. The grounds and common areas including pool are very well maintained. This condo had a new HVAC unit and all brand new duct work installed in late 2020. There is also a UV light air filtration system in place. There are brand new plush carpets, and other updates to make this place feel like home. The place smells very clean and the air quality is great.By October 2021 there will be brand new stainless steel appliances, comforters, refreshed paint in the guest bedroom, the paint in living room is already touched up and perfect, and a overall more luxury b&b feel. I have previous experience with airbnb and over 90 5 star reviews. If there is anything you don't have that you really need, I will do my best to accommodate.
