Outside: A fully fenced backyard for kids & pets, plus a fire pit with an optional grill for cozy nights.
The house is a 1947 house with vintage hardwood floor that is showing the character of age. There are vintage age marks on the hardwood floor.
We're planning to refinish the floor later this year. So for now if vintage flooring bothers you, then perhaps another Airbnb that is more recently remodelled would be more suitable for you.
Full bath is on the small size as shown th photos. So we have a small sink roughly 15" x 7" installed.
Indoor fireplace is not functional.
Also please note that the home has central air heating and window AC units in both bedrooms, but no central AC.
Prime location: A short walk to restaurants, cafes, shops, farmers markets, & parks. Close to the MAX Station for easy access to Portland.
