Summary: The electrical needs an upgrade, it has been neglected which caused GFI's to trip in the two rooms we reserved. No heat from the space heaters and inoperable refrigerators. Their solution was to unplug and remove a refrigerator, with complete rudeness to our friend who is legally blind. She remarked well you don't need lights to sleep, and I had told her that my friend needs even more lights to see the room, she doesn't know the layout in the middle of the night. The owners were so short with us, because they had someplace to be, that the last offer they gave us was "we can refund you and you can all stay someplace else". Sure at 8:30pm, not professional to say the least.
