Negative: We never stayed at this booked appartement. Just before arrival the host/owner Nicola informed us this appartement was not available because of technical problems. He sent us another adress to go to. It turned out to be a much smaller appartement he also runs/owns, not 60m2 with fully equipped kitchen , but Casa Colombina (also on booking.com), 18m2 and very limited kitchen facilities. Because we were tired after a long journey (and I must say the kindness of the owner) we stayed, but only a few days of the booked 7 nights. There were a few other issues (solved, but nevertheless not great) with electricity and a sink. So beware if the same happens to you, don't accept the alternative, contact booking.com and annull the contract before accepting the lacking alternative. The owner/host promised a return of €100,00, untill now we have not received this.
