The complex has an old California beach community vibe that shares lushly landscaped grounds. The entire unit is freshly remodeled with full size kitchen, bath shower combo and large vanity area. All new appliances and new gas and electric heaters will make your stay more comfortable. There is a queen size bed and ample room to store your belongings in large dresser and armoire. Black out curtains and newer windows make sure you have a good night sleep. The living room has a new high quality Joybird queen sleeper sofa that can accommodate two more people. The open concept common room has views from all windows. Front windows gaze at the Santa Ynez Mountains, Carpinteria Salt Marsh Reserve, garden patios lush landscaping and the rear glass sliding door has views of Carpinteria State Beach and the Channel Islands off in the distance. Important: please note that Carpinteria city builds a sand berm directly out front to protect beachfront properties from high surf events. The sand berm will obstruct the ocean view during the months it is in place which is typically from the end of November until the middle of March but this varies year to year. The condo is surrounded by landscaped patio areas for outdoor dining and barbequing. Perfect for long term or short term (1 week minimum) stays so bring your beach towels and flip flops to enjoy this unique California beach location.
