The Urban Loft also has a private outdoor deck that faces Alpine Avenue, which is a pedestrian-friendly street redeveloped by the City of McMinnville for periodic festivals and entertainment events. The private deck is directly across from a very large, new mural that was painted by a prominent Portland Artist, with vibrant, rich colors.
