This studio for up to 4 bed & breakfast has everything you need: private entrance, private bath, kitchenette, WiFi, TV, & Netflix. Located 1 block from Weston Bluffs Trail into the state park & 2 blocks from downtown Weston where you can enjoy easy access to shops, restaurants, & wineries from this charming place to stay. An in-room style breakfast with locally sourced food & beverages, we can accommodate food alle Wheelchair friendly. We live upstairs & are available if needed. Weston ordinances require all stays to be Bed and Breakfasts. You will be staying in Bee & Bee Bungalow at EMA Farm. This studio for up to 4 guest (first 2 guests included, each additional guest is $25) room gives you the privacy and seclusion of a typical AirBnB while providing you an in-room breakfast. It has a queen bed with a couch that pulls out for an additional queen. A little kitchenette that includes a fridge, sink, microwave, coffee pot, and a toaster is provided for your convenience. There is a TV with access to Netflix. You will have your own private bathroom with a toilet, sink, and walk in shower. There is a shared vestibule upon entry. Your room has its own key code and is private. All linens are provided as well as basic toiletries. Parking, room entry, room and bathroom are all wheelchair friendly. Please read house rules before booking. You will be provided with a key code the day before your arrival. The house has two front doors and a side door from the driveway. You will park in the driveway and use the side door for entry into your space. Downtown is a 2 block walk away and Weston Bend State Park trailhead (Weston Bluffs Trail) is 1 block away. We are a family of 4 with dogs that live upstairs. We try our best to keep noise at a minimum and quiet hours from us from 10pm - 8am on weekends and 10pm - 7pm on weekdays. We serve an in-room breakfast already in the room for you. We are available via phone or text for any questions you may have. If you have food accommodations please give us 3 days notice and we will do our best to accommodate those. We do not allow smoking on the property. Prior permission must be obtained for additional guests.
