This home is perfect for relaxing with family and friends with it's fully equipped gourmet kitchen and the expanded seating at both the dining table and the kitchen island. Downstairs there is full bathroom with an ADA accessible shower located next to the two bedrooms. The half bath is located adjacent to the dining area. Bathrooms include hairdryers.
Internet Access: The house has a fast, reliable, and private wifi internet connection.
Laundry: Washer and Dryer are located in the utility closet adjacent to the kitchen.
Entertainment: There are four Smart/Wifi enabled TV's in the house. One is in the living room, and one in each of the three bedrooms.
Beach Access: The house is located in Four Sisters Village which is on the beach side of Cape Kiwanda Drive. Take the paved trail located just around the corner from the house to the beach (less than a 5 minute walk) or drive to one of the many beach access points just minutes away.
Parking: There is parking for one car in the garage, one small car in the driveway.
ADA Accessibility: We have a concrete ramp that leads from the driveway/sidewalk in front of the house directly into the main floor. The main floor has wide hallways , a roomy kitchen and an accessible full-bath including shower.
