The outdoor space is a sunny, sheltered deck off of the main living area. Cozy gas fireplace in the livingroom. The spacious bedrooms are upstairs. It's just a quick walk to the beach-peaceful paved walking paths lead you to the deeded beach access boardwalk of the Shorepine Village neighborhood. The garage is accessible and has toys and bikes.

Layout - 2 level home. First floor has living room, kitchen, dining area, full bath with shower and patio access. Upstairs has bedroom with queen bed and bedroom with double bed and double/twin bunks. Hide-a-bed sofa.

Centrally located between Kiwanda Shores and Cape Kiwanda, this new beachfront neighborhood is set among the dunes and snuggled down behind a grass-covered fore dune. Shorepine Village is maintained with pride and governed by strict CCR’s for the enjoyment of all who visit or live in the area.

Guests will check in at our local, convenient office in Pacific City. After hours arrivals will be accommodated.

This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night (maximum charge of $40/pet). Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.
Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
