Updated and cheery, this 3 BR, 2 BA vacation rental is located "in-town" Rehoboth. You'll be mere steps to delicious "Egg" for breakfast and Dogfish Head for lunch and brews! When not at the beach, boardwalk or fabulous restaurants and boutiques in Rehoboth, you can enjoy a good book, coffee or cocktails in the sunroom or 2nd FL deck. Have a cloudy day? Stream the latest series on one of the 4 smart TVs. You could also tool around town on one of the bikes provided by the owner. The owner graciously offers a few beach chairs and beach umbrellas for guest use as well. Another Bonus: a Rehoboth Beach parking permit is also provided. 1 dog under 20 lbs. welcome with minimum $300 fee and signed addendum. or Smoking please.
Guests pay a $150 cleaning fee for all stays. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
