Super clean house with a fully equipped kitchen.We have security cameras located in front of garage and on side of house.Used to protect our house and our guest, Nice Courtyard with a view of Palm Springs tramway mountains and a backyard with fruit trees to enjoy when in season. Night time is peaceful and great for star gazing. We are a quiet community. The Country Club gives access to the golf course. Different packages available for a fee,We are next to the country club where you will find a large community pool with spa. Pickle ball and tennis courts. You will find a outdoor fire pit and seating. The Restaurant/Bar and with entertainment such as karaoke, bingo, music available on certain days.
