The space
Master bedroom with shower and separate jacuzzi tub and guest bedroom and guest bathroom are upstairs. Additional bedroom and bathroom with shower downstairs. Office and laundry room are upstairs, making it super convenient for work from home. Refrigerator upstairs and downstairs.
Wireless and wired internet are throughout the unit with 1 gigabit fiber. The master bedroom and upstairs 2nd bedroom have king beds and the downstairs has a queen bed. All rooms have televisions. Large TV in the living room with Sonos speaker. Unit has a GREAT outdoor patio. With lots of light. There is a coffee shop in the building and no car is needed to live there. Tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping are in walking distance. The building is located on the best park in Portland in the Pearl District. Living room features fireplace The street car lines can easily be accessed in a 5 minute walk. The location is AMAZING in this contemporary style unit.
