Four bedrooms all equipped with comfortable beds and fresh linens means you'll wake up well rested, content, and ready to enjoy the resort town.

Seaside is FULL of life and Sunburst Beach House is only 1½ blocks (650 steps!) from the Promenade, the Great Pacific Ocean, and vast Seaside sandy beach. Just minutes, an easy walk, is the town with its antiques, souvenirs, bakeries, restaurants, candy shops, and the Seaside Outlet Mall. Our younger guests can enjoy a wide range of board games and puzzles and don't forget to play the vintage Nintendo 64. Evenings will make the day even better as you feast in the spacious kitchen and patio, both are perfect for lively conversations while cooking your gourmet meal, or simply enjoying takeout from one of the many fine local restaurants. End the day with S'mores surrounding a modern fire pit with its low smoke design enabling all to enjoy or save room for a fun dessert uptown in one of Seaside's premier ice cream shops. Be dazzled by nature's gift of a beautiful sunset over the Pacific Ocean making your stay truly enchanting.
Please make yourself at home and enjoy the space. The entire home plus amenities are included in this rental except for closets for owner and supply storage. The garage storeroom area is not accessible.

Between guests, we hire professional cleaners to return Sunburst Beach House to the immaculate state in which you will find it when you arrive. Before checking out, we will ask you to start the dishwasher, leave the beds unmade, and take out the trash. That's it! Also, our cleaning fee is not marked up - it's exactly what we pay our cleaning team.
