Ancient house on two floors (ground floor and first floor) completely renovated, inserted in the ancient medieval village of Migliano in the hills between Lucca (20 km.), Camaiore (13 km.) and the beautiful beaches of Viareggio (20 km. ) , on the top of a hill (360 m. ) surrounded by woods and olive groves.
Our property is on the ground floor and directly overlooks a beautiful well-kept garden for the exclusive use of our guests, with a cool and shady pergola equipped with table and chairs for having lunch. From the garden you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the hills with a nice glimpse as far as the sea.
The house has a large living-dining room with fireplace and kitchenette. A bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with bunk beds for 2 people, suitable for children and teenagers, and a modern bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.
