Hotels on trees have luxury bedding, air conditioning and pool

Options range from the Amazon jungle to the forests of Sweden and England. They offer suspended walkways, dining on deck and massage.
Promising contact with nature and the redemption of childhood magic – but with enough comfort to meet demanding adults – hotels around the world offer luxury accommodation in houses built on trees.

Featuring air conditioning, fireplace, swimming pool and terrace, the tree houses are built atop tropical trees, pine trees in Sweden or ebony in Zambia. Here are some options:

Inkaterra Reserva Amazónica (Peru)

Inkaterra Reserva AmazónicaLocated in a private ecological reserve in the region of the Tambopata National Reserve in Peru, the treehouse hotel occupies an area of 17 thousand hectares of forest. Some of the rooms are cabins on tree tops. The place also has walkways that connect a tree to the other, from which you can see the forest and the animals.






Sanctuary Sussi & Chuma (Zambia)

A suspended wooden bridge leads to the front door of the tree house, which is one of the hosting options of this hotel on the coast of Costa Rica. The idea is that it can serve both couples in love and for families. The building has two floors: a suite with a king size bed occupies the top, and, on the bottom, there is another double bed, a single bed and a kitchen. On the ground level, a tree over a hundred years old houses a community bathroom.
